  7. Finally, you can type your question in the chat box at the bottom of your screen. When you are done, tap Send In the lower right corner of your screen.

How to contact Amazon via email

There are only two email addresses you can use to contact Amazon customer support. For problems with your account or billing, send an email [email protected]. For general questions, please send an email [email protected].

However, it can take hours or even days for an Amazon customer service representative to respond to an email. On the other hand, sending an email creates a record of your letter, so in some cases this may be the best choice.
